Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This notice describes what data arises when you visit this website, how it is used, and what rights you have. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Daniela Celant — CELANT
Pallasstr. 28
10781 Berlin
Germany
Email: hello@celant.world
Phone: +49 176 80 33 65 34

2. Hosting, Provision and Storage

This website is built and managed using the platform Lovable (Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden), which acts as a processor for operating the website. The website is technically delivered via the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); photographs and PDF files are also provided via the object storage service Cloudflare R2.

When you access a page, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical connection data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL). This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure its stable and secure operation; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long this access data is stored on the server side, and in which specific data centres it is processed, is determined by the hosting provider as part of its own, publicly documented security and logging practices; we cannot identify a fixed retention period from the project configuration itself. Further details can be requested from us.

This website itself does not currently store visitor data in a dedicated database — no database is connected.

3. Fonts (self-hosted locally)

This website uses the typefaces Cormorant Garamond and Jost. They are embedded as local files (self-hosted) and served exclusively from our own server. No connection is made to Google's servers, and your IP address is not transmitted to Google.

4. Contacting Us by Email or Phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) to handle your enquiry.

Where this relates to the initiation or performance of a contract (e.g. an enquiry about interior design services, home organising, or a retreat), the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries (e.g. general questions unrelated to a contract), the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial or tax law) apply. The mailbox for hello@celant.world is operated via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC).

5. Contact Form

You can send us an enquiry via the contact form on the "Enquire" page. The data you enter is processed: name, email address, area of interest (Interior Design, Home Organising, Retreats or Other) and your message. The information is used solely to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, beyond that, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your enquiry is stored in a database within the EU (Lovable Cloud) and is visible only to us through a protected area. In addition, we receive an email notification, and you receive an automatic acknowledgement at the address you provided. These emails are sent via Lovable's email service (sending subdomain notify.celant.world). Data is deleted once it is no longer required for handling your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply; you may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@celant.world.

6. Newsletter (currently inactive)

The "Retreats" page includes an announcement of a future newsletter sign-up, but it is not yet technically connected. It currently displays only the notice "Newsletter sign-up coming soon." There is currently no input form, no registration, no storage and no evaluation of data, and no measurement of open or click rates takes place. Once the newsletter is activated — a double opt-in process with the ability to withdraw consent, based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, is planned — this section will be updated in advance and supplemented with details of the mailing service provider used.

7. Cookies, Local Storage, Analytics Tools and External Embeds

This website is technically implemented so that it currently sets no cookies, uses no local storage or session storage to hold data, and does not integrate any analytics or tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics or comparable tools). This was verified both in the source code and through a technical check of the actual page load. We cannot categorically guarantee this will remain the case for every conceivable future state of the hosting infrastructure (e.g. security or performance services added by the platform later); this section will be updated if that changes.

A booking integration with the provider Calendly is prepared in the code but disabled; no connection to Calendly's servers is currently made. Should this feature be activated, Calendly LLC would become an additional recipient, and this section will be updated in advance. No videos, maps, or social media plugins are currently embedded.

8. Transfers Outside the EU/EEA

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., is based in the USA. Cloudflare has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (as well as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension) and additionally relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers. A copy of the relevant safeguards and further information is available through Cloudflare's privacy documentation.

Our platform operator, Lovable Labs Sweden AB, is based in Sweden (EU/EEA). To the extent Lovable uses its own sub-processors outside the EU/EEA, Lovable states that it relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers. A copy is available from Lovable.

As the fonts used on this website are now hosted locally, no data is transmitted to Google in this respect.

For the operation of the email mailbox via Google Workspace (Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited), a transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally uses Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy of the Standard Contractual Clauses can be requested from Google.

9. Your Rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to:

  • Access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and
  • Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

Where processing is based on your consent in future (e.g. once newsletter sign-up is activated), you also have the right to withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, please contact hello@celant.world.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority responsible for Berlin:

Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
www.datenschutz-berlin.de

10. Changes to This Notice

This privacy policy will be updated as new website features are activated (e.g. contact form, newsletter, or appointment booking) or as the technology in use changes. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
